The Founder
Arshad Shaikh was born in Lahore Pakistan in the late 1950’s. During his time in the country, he has seen the effects of poverty firsthand. He moved to the United States in 1987 but has always had a dream to help the people of his home country.
His mission is to help those who cannot help themselves as prescribed by the Quran and the Sunnah of our Holy Prophet (Peace be upon Him). His passion for helping people in need finally came to fruition in 2017 by starting the nonprofit organization, Caring for Poor.
